Alan Hollingsworth is serving as an investigator with the Fred
Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle for the discovery of a blood test to
detect early breast cancer. Other participating institutions include MD
Anderson Cancer Center, University of Alabama and Fox Chase Cancer

to predict breast cancer
Mercy is one of only a handful of tissue banks in the country focused on
benign tissue. Mercy’s tissue bank provides tissue samples that will
help National Cancer Institute researchers predict breast cancer and in
