Birth Certificates - Let
Mercy Memorial link you to the State Health Department for information
needed to obtain a copy of your birth certificate.

Chapel - The Good Shepherd Chapel, located on
the main floor of the hospital, provides a peaceful space for prayer,
reflection, spiritual renewal and worship.
Chaplains - Chaplains are available 24 hours
to offer spiritual and emotional support to patients and visitors.
Dining - Several options are available to
patients and their families ranging from a quick stop at a vending machine
to a full meal in our cafeteria.
Escorts - For those with special needs, an

Medical Records - Copies of your

Management Department.
Parking - Free parking for patients and
visitors is available near all entrances to Mercy Memorial Health Center.

Patient Satisfaction - From the
moment you step through our doors at Mercy Memorial, the service you

Social Services - Social workers
are available to help patients and family members deal with financial,
social and emotional problems that relate to illness or hospitalization.
Valet Parking - Mercy
Memorial provides free valet parking for patients and visitors from 7
a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the main entrance of the hospital.
Visiting Hours - Mercy Memorial's
visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in all but a few patient areas.
Volunteers Services -
Dedicated volunteers provide kindness, hospitality, services, and
amenities to patients each day.
Waiting Areas - Lounges for visitors
have been set aside on each patient floor and in the first floor lobby.
