On a daily
basis, the administrative office at Mercy NSI answer questions about
services, programs, treatment options and general advice. If patients
don’t have a specific physician,
Richard Vertrees Smith, MD, medical director of the NSI, and Kay Oglesby, RN, clinical
coordinator, help with patient referrals to the right neurospecialist. This patient centered care
coordination helps guarantee appropriate treatment in a timely
manner.

Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm
New patients must have a referring physician. Prior to your first visit,
we will mail you a map and confirm your appointment.
Appropriate workers compensation cases are accepted.
